In addition to our roles as advocates, Oliver Leffler Law offers several services that help families in transition to resolve and/or avoid future legal disputes:

Mediation: Our trained and skilled mediators use their experience and skills to help parties resolve their disputes. Our mediators have years of experience and training in the areas of probate, divorce, child access and custody, and property settlement.

Parent Coordination: For parents who simply cannot reach decisions together regarding their children, our Parent Coordinator assists parents in making child-focused decisions.  Our Parent Coordination process is intended to improve parents’ communication skills, refocus their process of decision-making to the children’s needs, implement conflict resolution strategies, and if needed, monitor compliance with a parenting plan or if there is not an established parenting plan, to assist the parents with creating one.

Estate Planning: When spouses are going through the divorce process, or are recently divorced, it is important that their estate plans are updated to remove their former spouse from their documents and ensure that their estate plans meet their needs, including ensuring that a former spouse does not have the ability to serve as guardian of the property of a minor child’s assets.

Child’s Counsel: Our skilled attorneys serve as child’s counsel in custody disputes.  Our attorneys background and experience in high conflict family disputes and understanding of the adverse impact those disputes have on children allows them to serve as strong advocates for children, or their best interests, in contentious custodial cases.
