Lauren N. Leffler
Principal and Attorney
Lauren is a Howard County native and a parent, who, in addition to assisting clients with family law matters, handles the trusts and estates matters for the firm. Lauren is actively engaged in the community and routinely presents to families on estate planning and estate administration.

Alana L. Quint
Associate Attorney
Alana was born and raised in the Baltimore area. A former child of divorce, Alana is able to approach family law matters from a unique perspective. She has a background in assisting underprivileged communities, including low-income individuals and victims of domestic violence. Alana is passionate about helping people and families, which informs her practice as an attorney.

Margaret H. Oliver
Of Counsel
The firm’s founder, Meg is a former teacher and prosecutor as well as a mother of two adult children. She is active in the community, working to assist families in need, and is a member of Blue Water Baltimore. She has taught classes on divorce at the local community college and has served as a presenter/panelist at continuing education seminars.
